Synchronise your paper diary with your PC

Do you wish you could combine the comfort and ergonomics of a paper diary with the powerful features of a pocket PC?

With EASYBOOK:7 you can write your daily appointments in your diary as normal and then synchronise with your PC's diary software, Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes.

One-week to view
Time table from 7.00am to 9.00pm with 30 minute graduations.
Appointments are synchronised with PC calendar.

Enter reminders for the week

One NOTES area for each week
Each new note will create a new reminder on PC screen.

Enter tasks

A TASK area each day.
Tasks are synchronised with PC task manager (Microsoft Oultook or Lotus Notes).

Save entries from your paper diary each time you synchronise

Are you scared of losing your diary?
With the EASYBOOK:7 Digital Diary, each time you synchronise, you save all your information written in your paper diary onto your PC .

A back-up for your paper diary

Using OXFORD digital solution, all your paper diary pages are digitised and saved in your DENOS document database.
Whenever you lose your paper diary you will be able to reprint your diary as per the original copy.

New entries will be backed up on synchronisation

Back-up diary pages will be updated with new appointments, tasks or reminders.

Automatic filing of diary pages

As per other handwritten documents, all diary pages are automatically filed into the Denos document database according to the month or the week :

HISTORIC index
Diary pages are sorted by chronological order.
CATEGORY index
Diary pages are filed by MONTH.
NOTEBOOK index
Diary pages are filed by YEAR.

Retrieve all information written in your digital diary

The excellent DENOS search engine enables you to find any handwritten note written in your paper-based diary.
Not only does this apply to your diary entries, but also notes that you scribble on the pages of your diary.

FULL TEXT search

The smart search engine of DENOS lets you retrieve all the notes that have been written in your digital diary.

ADVANCED search

You can fine tune a note search by selecting the date, category or notebook advanced criteria.
