Digital Pages
Easybook M³ Digital Notepad technology , although apparently simple, as it is invisible to the naked eye, is in fact extremely sophisticated as everything takes place in microscopic scale .
Every notepad page is made up of little dots spaced 0.3 mm apart. When combined to form a precise diagram, these dots form a unique frame, the code required by the
Easybook M³ Digital Notepad application installed on your computer to interpret your writing.
When you write, the infrared camera in the digital pen literally films the pattern at a rate of 100 images per second to record the precise trace of your writing and convert it into vector type data
Once synchronised, this data is decoded and analysed by the application ready for processing and saving on the PC
.

Applications
Combined with character recognition, digital page technology therefore lets you assign the type of processing you require on every page of your handwritten notes to:

  • Send e-mail messages
  • Create Microsoft Word documents
  • Create Microsoft Excel tables
  • Schedule tasks to do
  • Create reminders
  • Create images
  • Create new contacts
These applications will call up the various programs installed on your computer such as Microsoft® Word , Microsoft® Excel for creating documents, Microsoft® Outlook or Lotus Notes for creating e-mail messages, tasks to do and new contacts, etc.

Operating Mode
  1. Write up your notes on your Easybook M³ Digital Notepad just like you would on any “conventional” notepad, using your compatible digital pen.
  2. Choose the notes that require specific processing and assign them the corresponding command.
  3. Replace the pen on its base to synchronise your data with the PC. The processing of your notes will start automatically.
