DENOS Document Database
By installing DENOS software you have created a new document database on your computer: a handwritten document database.

Once synchronised with your computer, your handwritten notes are converted into DENOS documents for automatic sorting and saving:

• By date : documents are sorted by day, week or month based on their synchronisation date or the date recorded in the page header used by Easybook M³ Digital Notepads.
• By folder : documents are automatically filed in the corresponding folder if you entered the folder name in the page header used by Easybook M³ Digital Notepads.
• By notepad : pages are automatically filed in the notepad they belong to.

Viewing Notes
DENOS software also provides an interface for displaying your handwritten notes. This way you can view the notes that you wrote on your digital notepads, on your computer screen.
You can also edit your notes using the highlighting tool to mark up important notes or even send out your handwritten e-mail messages directly from the DENOS interface.




Searching Engine
DENOS software comes with an extraordinary handwritten notes search engine: type in a key word or an expression and DENOS will immediately find all of the pages in which it appears!

1. From DENOS, click on the < Search > tab.
2. Type in the word or expression to be found and click on the Search button.
3. DENOS will display all of the pages in which the word or expression was found.
